Greendevil softball team hung tough against Villa Madonna tonight. The girls had a great late game rally but couldn't overcome an early deficit. They never gave up and played hard until the end. Now they turn their attention to rival Bellevue on Friday-which is also Senior Night!

Congratulations to senior Matthew Tumler, who signed today with Mount St. Joseph's and will be cheering next year. We are so proud of Matthew!

KSA Testing will begin on Tuesday, May 6th and last through Tuesday, May 13th. Students in grades 7, 8, 10, and 11 are required by the state to complete KSA testing.
The KSA (Kentucky Summative Assessment) tests cover reading and math for all grades, and science, social studies, and writing. These assessments are the state's way of evaluating student proficiency and progress on the Kentucky Academic Standards.
If a student misses a day of testing, they will be required to make up the test missed on our scheduled makeup dates. It is important that students are on time to school during testing, get a good night of sleep, eat a breakfast, and give their very best effort on KSA testing. Good luck Greendevils!

Dayton High School is extremely proud to announce that we will be piloting a new Computer Science Program through our already impressive STLP/IT Helpdesk. Today was the first step, having nine students who will be working at the Helpdesk next year attend an online event to learn more about this new program! This will allow these specific students to take dual credit Computer Science courses during their second year of the program. As always, here we grow! #WeAreDayton

Amazing day for a group of DHS senior and junior students who were lucky enough to attend the ACI Construction Career Fair out at Warren County Fairgrounds! Our exceptional students were exposed to 100 highly interactive experiential commercial construction exhibitors. The ACI Construction Career Day highlight the many facets of the built environment and allows students to experience a variety of trades as they engage with the area’s top employers, educators, trade schools, and apprenticeship programs. As always, our DHS students represented us well! #WeAreDayton
